在瑞士苏黎世举办的“数字化引领创新”主题对话活动中，中国机床梁枫董事长就数字化推动企业创新及两国间的深化合作，回答了瑞方的提问。

　　1.Could you please give an example how digitalization drives innovation in your organisation? 

　　请您举例说明，数字化如何推动贵公司创新？ 

　　我们公司和集团公司Sinomach正在进行数字化转型，集团设计院正在进行数字化仿真模拟设计生产和数字双胞胎模型设计。 

　　Our company and group company Sinomach,  are practicing digital transformation. The Institute under our group company is applying digital simulation and digital twin in design and production. 

  我们公司是中国机械工作行业的贸易和服务公司，也积极致力于数字化转型，正在打造互联网+工业云平台——www.acmtc.com，该平台是权威的，专业的，跨境跨界的行业网站，通过数字化和网络化来改变现有的贸易方式，该平台总体设想是构建一个合理配置资源、大力提高效率，集信息、产品、展览、服务及交易和电子溯源为一体的行业电子商务平台。 

　　Our company, as a trading company and a service provider in China’s machinery industry, is also committed to the digital transformation. We are working on an Internet Plus Industry Cloud platform -www.acmtc.com, which is a professional, cross-border and transboundary platform for the machine tool industry. Changes are happening in traditional trade mode through digitalization and networking. ACMTC, aimed to improve resource allocation and efficiency, is an industrial E-commerce platform including information, products, exhibitions, service, trading and digital sourcing. 

　　在数字化的前提下，将行业内的制造商、供应商、服务商和最终用户等通过“云”有机关联，疏通优化机床行业自身和对外联系的脉络，把目前各自为战的行业资源通过“云”贯穿和汇合，加速信息流通，提高效率，减少资源浪费，产生行业集聚效应。平台面向全产业链，具备最大综合性和开放性，使企业可以通过平台对接各种需求、信息、资源、合作和服务。 

　　The manufacturer, supplier, service provider and end users in the machine tool industry are connected through the Cloud. By strengthening internal and external communications of the industry, resources are also integrated through the Cloud, therefore resulting in agglomeration effect, accelerating the information flow, increasing efficiency, reducing the waste of resource. The platform is open to the whole industry chain, which allows users to negotiate with each other on demands, information, resource, cooperation and service.

　　Integrating cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things and edge computing technologies, the platform provides users with application development platforms to help manufacturing enterprises and user enterprises to have the ability to conduct re-development, and continuously optimize applications for different businesses. By digital innovation, our company, a traditional trading company, has transformed the business model, and now operate as a professional industry service platform. 

　　2. How could the enterprises of the two countries exploit better the huge potential of collaboration.

　　中国和瑞士之间有着悠久的贸易历史，特别是机床工具行业，中国机床总公司与瑞士的机床行业众多厂商有着常年的贸易关系和合作，尤其近十年来，中国在有质量地发展，在高端智能制造转变的过程中，我们公司作为中国机床行业贸易合作的龙头企业，与瑞士厂商斯达拉格（STARRAG）GF加工方案（GF SOLUTION）威力铭马科戴尔（WILLEMIN-MACODEL）费尔曼（FELHMANN）百超（BYSTRONIC） 托纳斯（TORNOS） 莱斯豪尔（REISHAUER） 古德儿（GÜDEL）爱荷华（EROWA）等有着长期实质性的合作。中国机床工具市场一直吸引着世界各国机床品牌，近十年来，每年机床工具进口额均稳定在160亿美元，其中瑞士每年进口约7亿美元。进口前五位的分别是磨床（36.09%）、加工中心（22.13%）、齿轮机床（20.69%）、组合机床（11.42%）、车床（3.41%），占到整体金切机床进口额90%以上。 

　　China and Switzerland have a long history in trade, especially in the machine tool industry. China National Machine Tool Corporation has a long-term cooperation with many companies in the machine tool industry in Switzerland. The last 10 years have seen the high-quality development in China. In the process of transforming to high-end intelligent manufacturing, our company, one of the leading enterprises in China's machine tool industry trade and cooperation, maintains a long-term and substantial cooperation with many Swiss manufacturers, including STARRAG,GF MACHINING SOLUTIONS, WILLEMIN-MACODEL, FELHMANN, BYSTRONIC, TORNOS, REISHAUER, GüDEL, EROWA and so on. China's machine tool market has been attracting machine tool brands from all over the world. In the past decade, the annual import of machine tools has been stable at 16 billion US Dollars, among which the annual import from Switzerland is about 700 million US Dollars. The top five imported machines are grinding machine (36.09%), machining center (22.13%), gear cutting machine (20.69%), combined machine tool (11.42%) and lathe (3.41%), accounting for more than 90% of the total import of machine tools.

　　At the opening ceremony of the first China International Import Expo in 2018, President Xi Jinping put forward that China International Import Expo was a major decision made to promote a new round of high-level opening-up and a major initiative taken to open its market to the world. In the next 15 years, China is expected to import more than 30 trillion US Dollars of goods and 10 trillion US Dollars of services. The Swiss companies would benefit a lot under such policy. In the first China International Import Expo in 2018, our company, as official partner of High-end Intelligent Equipment Exhibition Hall, cooperated with STARRAG,GF MACHINING SOLUTIONS,WILLEMIN MACODEL, and FELHMANN. Those brands fully showed their advanced products and technologies, also achieved fruitful results. In the second China International Import Expo in 2019, our company will still serve as the official partner of High-end Equipment Exhibition Hall.
