CKF160F series CNC face turning lathes adopt mech-electrical one unit design and suitable for turning various kinds of type mould and plates and rings with large planes. It can realize the cutting of inner/outer cylinder, face, curve arc etc. with properties of high working accuracy, high rigidity, elegant outlook and easy operation. It is one kind of ideal equipment for turning the spare parts mentioned above.
Machine structure: the spindle is vertical against bed guide way on which the carriage travel .The headstock and cross bed are on the same pad which is double A-type guide way structure, the distance between carriage and cross bed body can be adjusted. The transversal movement of carriage and the longitudinal movement of lower cross slide is controlled by servomotor. The operation station is amounted on the front leg and very easy in operation.
